Fall Rhythms
It seems like every season brings with it a schedule change and I need to shift my rhythms for work, home, and time with God. If I am honest, there are occasions where the shift catches me by surprise. I react with busy-ness and find I can let good spiritual habits slip. There are many components to spiritual rhythms but as the leaves fall and we start to prepare for winter, this seems like a good season to talk about prayer.

There are unlimited ways to pray. For me, Breath Prayer fits in those moments where I need peace. It can be as long or as short as you need and fills your body with much needed oxygen as you tune in to God. Here is a video that has a one minute guide on breath prayer. Our hope is that this does not add more to your plate, but helps you find time for prayer as something you do on all occasions as your rhythms change this season.

One of the beautiful things about groups is that they are made up of individuals who come from different experiences and faith backgrounds. A great way to embrace differences is to incorporate variety in prayer.
