To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will develop and equip NCF nurse group leaders and provide ministry among nurses (both active and retired) and implement NCF strategic plans that fulfill our vision to make Christ known in nursing.

Main Education/Work Experience Qualifications: 

  • Annually affirm InterVarsity's Statement of Faith (Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement). Abide by InterVarsity's Code of Conduct. Believe and behave consonantly with InterVarsity's Human Sexuality Theological Paper. Affirm and behave consonantly with Intervarsity's "Women in Ministry Statement of Affirmation."
  • Current RN licensure in state of residence
  • Bachelor's in nursing or equivalent experience / other bachelor's required, higher degree preferred.
  • Experience in nursing practice required.
  • Experience in NCF leadership as a nurse educator or nurse (active or retired) is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnicities).​
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.​
  • Ability to handle all matters in a confidential manner.
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environment.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Experiential Lab Coordinator at Hunt School of Nursing, NC

The Experiential Lab Coordinator has faculty status and all the rights and responsibilities pertaining to faculty within the Hunt School of Nursing. The Experiential Lab Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering campus laboratory experiences for students to support all nursing programs. The Experiential Lab Coordinator will collaborate with faculty to assure safe, effective simulation and laboratory activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an inventory of supplies, utilizing appropriate software applications and programming simulations, providing oversight of Student Lab Assistants, and serving as a student advisor. 

Main Education/Work Experience Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
  • Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, a compact state, or be eligible for licensure in North Carolina

Term-Tenure Track or Clinical Track Nursing Faculty (Pediatric), PA

Primary responsibilities include teaching in the classroom and clinical nursing settings. Course responsibilities may include Pediatrics, Medical-Surgical, Nursing Research, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, and other nursing courses of interest and expertise. Doctorally prepared candidates (PhD or DNP) may have the opportunity to teach graduate-level courses. Faculty will have advising and institutional service responsibilities and continue their own scholarship and practice. 

Main Education/Work Experience Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of Master of Science degree in nursing with appropriate clinical practice certifications; doctoral degree in nursing highly preferred (PhD or DNP) or current enrollment in doctoral study.
  • Graduate preparation in nursing education and certification in nursing education (CNE) are highly preferred.
  • If not doctorally prepared, must commit to a plan to begin doctoral education within five years of hire. *Previous didactic and clinical teaching experience preferred.
  • Clinical experience in pediatric nursing is required.
  • Candidate should be committed to excellence in teaching in a Christian liberal arts setting and to ongoing scholarship, service, and practice in nursing.
  • Must have a current, valid professional nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania, or willing to obtain upon hire.

Through all their full-service women's clinics, they offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, pregnancy consultations, resources, referrals, and after-abortion care all without cost to the women. The ideal candidate may be working in a hospital or doctors' office or returning to nursing after a break from the workforce. They are living in or willing to relocate close enough to the specified work locations to allow for a daily commute. Camp Echoing Hills Nurse, OH

Camp Echoing Hills serves hundreds of campers with disabilities year round through a summer camp, weekend camps throughout the year, and a travel program that goes all over the United States! As a nurse you will have the opportunity to provide nursing care through eight weeks of Camp for children and adults. During the remainder of the year, you will have the opportunity to provide nursing at month respite camps as well as travel as a nurse on vacation trips. Outside of these events, this position will work in conjunction with the director and the rest of the Camp team to develop the program of Camp Echoing Hills through activities such as recruiting, program development, and office administration. Main Education/Work Experience Qualifications:
