As nurses and nursing students, we are called into moments that require compassion, humility, courage, and care. In the middle of long shifts, difficult conversations, demanding classes, and the needs of others, it can be easy to lose sight of what biblical service truly looks like. Throughout the Gospels, Jesus models a different way of living, one marked not by status or recognition, but by love expressed through service. A Servant’s Heart explores what it means to follow His example in nursing, school, and everyday life. Through Scripture and the life of Jesus, this study invites us to discover how serving others is sacrificial, requires humility, can be uncomfortable and unexpected, and takes a willing heart.
