Mission Statement

The mission of the Division of Nursing at Geneva College is to prepare professional nurses at a Bachelor's level of practice.  We view nursing as a ministry of compassionate care for the whole person, in response to God's grace. We engage students in the inherent values of altruism, autonomy, dignity, integrity, and social justice as well as nursing leadership and professional concepts.  We equip students to meet challenges of professional nursing practice, their calling, and commitment to lifelong learning.
