Mission Statement

Westmont College is an undergraduate, residential, Christian, liberal arts community serving God's kingdom by cultivating thoughtful scholars, grateful servants and faithful leaders for global engagement with the academy, church and world. The Accelerated BSN program prepares faithful servant leaders to provide patient-centered and family supported safe, compassionate care for diverse populations and communities across the lifespan and in all health care settings. Students entering the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program will learn from experienced, competent registered nursing professors chosen for their dedication to the ministry of health and wellness through the theory of compassionate care.
