First Things: A Word from Tim

NCF chapter at KU Med“What’s the spiritual climate of your nursing school?” I asked over lunch. Mackenzie, Sean, and Ben responded that there was no place in the nursing school where they could talk about their faith. So together we agreed—let’s start an NCF chapter at KU Med! These are my favorite conversations: fanning into flames the dreams that God has already given to nursing students and faculty. Each of you is a Mackenzie, Sean, or Ben. God has given you a vision to bring Christ into your nursing school and change its spiritual climate. Thank you for your willingness to lead in NCF—and we are praying for each of you as you bring the good news of Jesus to your campus!  --Timothy Lin, NCF Student Ministries Director

Discipleship CycleThe Discipleship Cycle Framework

Can you imagine a nursing program with only classroom instruction and zero clinical experience? Yet, in leading NCF meetings, we are tempted to give lots of input but often miss sharing a concrete application. The Discipleship Cycle Framework is a simple tool to help your NCF chapter consistently apply God’s Word – read all about how to use it here.
