Bethel University offers five nursing programs. Two new programs are the Doctorate of Nursing Practice (January, 2019) and the Post Baccalaureate nursing program (June, 2020). Four of the five programs are delivered online with intensives. The department has state of the art lab facilities and simulation. We have strong clinical partnerships in the state and beyond. We blend Christian faith into nursing practice and help students develop skills in critical thinking and communication to care for patients in a variety of settings.
Bethel University has multiple short-term mission trips that students can be involved in or lead. Nursing faculty often lead short-term trips with a focus on healthcare to developing countries. In the undergraduate nursing program, students participate in diverse service learning opportunities for all five semesters of the program.
