What is Discipleship in NCF?
In nursing school, Jesus is forming you into his likeness. He will also use you to develop his likeness in others. We find this idea of discipleship in the Bible: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20 NLT) As followers of Jesus, we are to bring others to Jesus and help them grow to be more like Him. We want to grow in Christ, like Christ, and with Christ during our time as nursing students. We often think, “I can’t disciple someone; I don’t have it all together.” The crazy thing is that Jesus still invites us to walk with others. Jesus works in and through us as we simply make space for others to meet Jesus. So, who can you disciple this semester? If no one comes to mind, ask Jesus to make clear who you could invite to discipleship.

We have two day and time options: 2 pm CST on Wednesday, February 28th, or 2 pm CST on Thursday, February 29th. Faculty Advisor Spring Training
Each semester, we require a one-hour training session for all our faculty advisors. We want to equip you with the skills to advise a thriving NCF group. This semester’s training will be held at 3 pm CST on Wednesday, February 28th, or Thursday, February 29th. We will equip you with all you need to support your graduating seniors. Attendees will receive a code for 15% off swag in the NCF store!

Group Membership
It is not too late to get a group membership for your NCF group. The membership benefits last all year and will transfer with any of your graduating seniors. Our group membership includes graduation cords, pins, and other cool swag!
