NCF Connections, December 2018

Greetings from the Professional Ministries Director

We are blessed at Nurses Christian Fellowship to have each of you following us on Facebook, reading our blogs, and supporting us with your prayers. Some of you also participate in student and professional nurse groups, joining with other believers for Bible study, fellowship, and prayer. You care for and support patients and their families in unbelievable ways. You give of yourselves because of the calling you feel in this demanding, rewarding, and at times chaotic profession we call nursing.

I’d like to invite you to move deeper into your calling by becoming a member of Nurses Christian Fellowship (NCF). The ministry of NCF exists because of our members. And now through December 31st, you can become a part of NCF's ministry by taking advantage of a 25% discount on your year-long membership. Click Christmas18 to become a member today!

cordAs a member you’ll receive the award-winning Journal of Christian Nursing; free / reduced price CEs; opportunities to connect with your peers; and other benefits. Please check out the full array of member benefits!

We were created for connection. These verses in Ecclesiastes speak simply and beautifully to this need.

9Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
     But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
     two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

~ Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12

Our need for each other and for Jesus Christ spills into all we are and all we do. Take that next step in your support of NCF! Be a part of a community where you can experience belonging, renewal, and growth in your faith and in relationship with each other. Your presence and voice are a vital part of this ministry.

Christmas and New Year blessings to each of you!
