New NCF group at TCNJ

"Be transformed; transform nursing." That's the tag line for the new NCF student group launching at The College of New Jersey. Morgan Hennessey is a student leader with a vision. Their new brochure states, "We are nursing students engaging with Jesus, one another, and extending God's love to those in our care."

Last semester, Morgan witnessed remarkable interest in their nurses Bible study. Twenty students crammed into a dorm room for the first study of the school year. "We prayed and talked about splitting into two small groups and starting a nurses fellowship to keep the sense of community that we loved," Morgan said. "God flung the door wide open for us!"

This semester they gathered as Nurses Christian Fellowship for the first time. "It is our hope that NCF will be a place where students can come and learn what following Jesus could look like in their lives and in nursing," Morgan said. "Pray with us for God's transforming power in students' lives, and that being transformed, he will use us to bring transformation to nursing and to the world."
