Being a part of Nurses Christian Fellowship has been such a tremendous blessing as a nursing student. When I began the program as a junior, I joined NCF hoping to meet Christian classmates and spend time in Bible study together.
Looking back on the past two years, I am so thankful that God gave me NCF. I have constantly been shown just how amazing and great God is through the works he has done through all of us. We saw a classmate come to know Christ, and we raised up future NCF leaders with a mission and heart for God and spreading his Gospel.
As a junior, I never thought that I’d be a NCF leader, but God worked in my heart and called me to be where I am today. I am so grateful for the opportunities NCF has given me to further His Kingdom.
Krista Doan was a huge blessing when she returned to our school as NCF staff. She was a steady rock of encouragement and stability that helped us continue through the semester. She is definitely one of the reasons that NCF was so fulfilling this year. Krista’s method of teaching us to do an inductive Bible study with our students was amazing. We dug deeper into the Word and had more meaningful conversations.
All in all, my experience with NCF has truly been life changing, and I am so grateful that God called me to be a part of it!
