Plan Now for National Nurses Week
National Nurses Week is around the corner, so start planning now to have a Bible discussion, brunch, banquet, prayer walk, or other special events to share God’s love with other nurses.
This year’s theme is Culture of Safety: It starts with YOU. Discuss with your group what event to host. Pray about what God will have you do as you consider a speaker, food, facility, and promotion. Will this be an event that is seeker-friendly? This is a great way to fulfill your group’s purpose of reaching out to others in the nursing community.

It’s a new era for Nurses Christian Fellowship! Kathy Schoonover-Shoffner, PhD, RN, will lead NCF ministry into the future as the National Director following Jane Hall’s retirement on June 30, 2016. Kathy has served as the editor of Journal of Christian Nursing for twelve years with decades of experience and expertise as a nurse, administrator, researcher and editor.
