Difficulty Accessing or Receiving JCN?

JCN (print issue) is mailed by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW) in January, April, July, and October; and sent out within 6 weeks to new NCF members or JCN subscribers. If you are having difficulty receiving your print copy or accessing JCN online, contact LWW:

  • NCF Members contact LWW Member Services at memberservice@LWW.com or 1-866-489-0443 with your name and NCF membership number. Email ncf@intervarsity.org if you do not know your membership number.
  • JCN Subscribers contact LWW Customer Service at customerservice@LWW.com or 1-800-638-3030 with your name and 12-digit account number which can be found on the JCN mailing address label above your name:

Note: LWW answers many frequently asked questions in their Online Help-Center that may help you resolve any problems.


  •  Online-Only Access for Non-USA Nurses after you have activated your account, contact: Lippincott Williams & Wilkins International Member Services at 1-301-223-2300 or email memberservice@LWW.com. Include your name and tell LWW you are an “International Affiliate member of Nurses Christian Fellowship” and include your International Access (IA) number. Email ncf@intervarsity.org if you need your IA number.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • NCF USA does not manage online access to JCN. This is handled by our publisher Lippincott Williams & Wilkins who can assist you with problems with your account
  • It can take up to 6 weeks for Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, JCN’s publisher, to set up your online access to JCN. You should receive an email from memberservice@lww.com with the subject line “Order Acknowledgement.” This email contains instructions on how to activate your JCN online account. You will set up your own unique user name and password to access JCN online.  Please configure your browser to receive emails from lww.com.
