Dear Friends,

It is with mixed emotions that I share with you that my season with NCF has come to an end.  My primary reason for leaving is that I have missed being in the clinical setting and working with people at end-of-life, ministering to patients, families and staff who need to hear about the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

I have been recruited to and accepted the position as Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility which provides the opportunity to fulfill this passion for ministry.  This has not been an easy decision but one that I believe is necessary in this season of my life. As a result I will be leaving my position as Director of NCF on November 30, 2009.

Serving as the Director of NCF has been a time of spiritual and personal growth.  I am grateful to the Lord for the opportunity He has given me to serve Him through this ministry for this season.

Thank you for your encouragement, prayers and financial support for me and for our ministry to nurses and nursing students.  You have been a blessing to me.  It is my desire that you continue to pray and support the ministries/work of NCF and InterVarsity especially as they enter the season of recruiting a new Director for NCF.

May our Lord richly bless you as faithfully serve Him.
