Nurses Christian Fellowship
(NCF) is both a Christian professional organization and
a ministry of and for nurses and nursing students. NCF is a ministry
of InterVarsity
Christian Fellowship. |

In
response to God's love, grace and truth:
The Purpose of Nurses Christian Fellowship,
as a ministry of
InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA
is to establish and advance in nursing,
within education and practice,
witnessing communities of nursing students
and nurses who follow
Jesus as Savior and Lord:
growing in love for God, God's Word,
God's people of every ethnicity and culture
and God's purposes in the world.

Initiatives to fulfill our
purpose:
• Bring
the good news of Jesus Christ to nursing education and practice
• Foster growth of
Christian community among students, faculty and nurses
• Prepare nurses to
practice nursing from a Christian worldview
• Mentor students and
new graduates to prepare the next generation of nurses who view
nursing as ministry for
Jesus Christ
• Develop leaders for
ongoing Christian influence in nursing
• Equip students and
nurses for opportunities in world-wide mission through nursing
