Mary Helming is a Contributing Editor for the Journal of Christian Nursing.
For several years, I was a reviewer for Journal of Christian Nursing, and I recognized JCN as a high-quality and important Christian journal. When I retired from my full-time academic and clinical careers, I felt God calling me to do more to serve him and to lead others to him. Having worked as an editor, I felt God's leading to apply for the JCN position of Contributing Editor. It is an honor to be associated with this prestigious journal devoted to Christian nursing.
I am married and a mother of two wonderful adult children, a son and daughter. Family and faith are all-important to me. I am an active member of my church. For hobbies, I enjoy reading, gardening, and travel.
