Kris Mauk

Kris Mauk became a contributing editor for the Journal of Christian Nursing in August, 2018.

NCF Vision

I am excited to join the NCF team in the role of contributing editor for the Journal of Christian Nursing. My heart for NCF is that we, as a team, allow the Lord to use our strengths to write, edit, and produce a journal that provides guidance and encouragement for Christian nurses in their practice. I believe in the philosophy of nursing as ministry and that this is the foundation for all our Kingdom work.

Personal

I am married and have eight children, ages 2 – 35 years. My passions include writing, singing, playing the piano, teaching, and especially spending time with my family. I also teach rehabilitation and gerontological nursing internationally in countries new to those specialties. I serve in my local church in music and childcare ministries.
